Our client is seeking a UAT / End-to-End Test Analyst to lead user acceptance testing and end-to-end validation for mobile applications and customer-facing digital experiences. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, executing test plans, validating new features, and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in mobile QA, test automation, and end-to-end testing within fast-paced software development environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications and digital platforms
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple applications to validate existing functionality and new feature releases
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional validation for customer-facing mobile experiences
• Execute testing for on-device messaging, communications, and other mobile application features
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Swift, or similar programming languages
• Prioritize testing efforts across multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, coverage matrices, test results, and defect reports
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution while partnering with engineering teams to prioritize fixes
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Provide regular status updates, testing metrics, progress reports, and quality summaries to project stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to support successful software releases and continuous quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing, including at least 3 years focused on mobile application testing
• 3+ years of experience developing test strategies and independently leading testing efforts for complex software projects
• Experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple integrated applications
• Experience creating test plans, test scripts, test cases, and coverage matrices
• Experience validating native mobile applications or customer-facing mobile communications
• Experience developing automated tests using Python, Swift, or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, requirements analysis, and advanced test design techniques
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple testing initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing large-scale marketing, customer engagement, or mobile communication platforms
• Experience with mobile test automation frameworks and continuous integration workflows
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience reporting test metrics, quality dashboards, and release readiness status
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences through comprehensive software testing

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
