This part-time, on-site role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day office operations, providing essential administrative support to the CEO and team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and adept at maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Retrieve, sort, and manage daily mail
- Deposit checks using a check deposit machine and maintain deposit records
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and team members
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical files
- Support team members with bank codes and software access management
- Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks
- Contribute to special projects including process improvements and technology implementation support
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support
