Responsibilities
  • Serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain the organization and tidiness of common office areas.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
  • Handle general office inquiries via phone and email.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous office administration experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to help.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks effectively.
