J. Allen Ford | Automotive Detailer Love Making Cars Look Their Absolute Best?
Do you take pride in a spotless finish? Notice the little things others miss? Get satisfaction from turning a used vehicle into one that looks showroom-ready?
If that sounds like you, J. Allen Automotive is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team! You'll play a key role in delivering vehicles that leave a lasting first impression. Every clean, polished vehicle you prepare helps create an exceptional experience for our customers.
What You'll Do- Wash, clean, polish, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and dealership display.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets our standards.
- Identify and report any vehicle damage before delivery.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Follow all dealership safety and vehicle handling procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
- A strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Previous detailing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
