• You are uncomfortable with computers — while we will teach you our specific software, you must already be fast and comfortable navigating digital tools.
• You dislike being on the phone — direct, friendly, and clear phone communication with drivers and shippers is 80% of this role.

Your Day-to-Day

• Customer & Driver Contact: Act as the friendly, reliable point of contact for truck drivers and shipping clients.
• System Updates: Navigate computer platforms to update load statuses, schedules, and delivery routes.
• Operations Support: Support our senior team with load tracking and resolving daily scheduling puzzles.
