We are looking for a Client Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer relationships, operational coordination, and strategic account support.

Position Summary

The Client Account Manager serves as the primary relationship contact for assigned client accounts and acts as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams. This role focuses heavily on customer service, communication, account coordination, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their partnership with Isogent.

This is not a hands-on technical support role, but candidates should be comfortable working within an IT services environment and communicating around technical operations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and follow-ups
  • Understand client business needs, priorities, and operational concerns
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with service desk, engineering, and project teams to support client needs
  • Monitor ongoing client concerns and assist with issue follow-through
  • Help ensure client requests and priorities are communicated internally
  • Track recurring issues and help facilitate timely resolution
  • Assist in coordinating communication during escalated situations or outages

Account Health & Strategic Support

  • Monitor client satisfaction and overall account health
  • Help identify opportunities for operational improvements or additional services
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client reporting
  • Assist in aligning client technology needs with business goals
  • Provide high-level service and solution recommendations based on client needs

Administrative & Documentation Duties

  • Maintain accurate client notes, documentation, and CRM updates
  • Track meeting action items and client follow-ups
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and implementation support
  • Prepare client-facing reports and summaries as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or project coordination
  • MSP, IT services, SaaS, or technology industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with IT operations, cloud services, cybersecurity, or service desk environments
  • Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Experience facilitating client meetings or escalations
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
