We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic outdoor furniture sales and showroom maintenance associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Outdoor showroom maintenance requires a keen eye for detail to keep the outdoor furniture floor and stockroom clean and organized. The candidate should also be handy and knowledgeable in furniture assembly. Must be available most Saturdays 1pm-5pm, Mon 9am-5pm, Thurs 1pm-5pm, and Fri 1pm-5pm.

• Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively communicating product features and benefits to enhance the shopping experience, handling transactions accurately, supervising stock levels to ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized, assisting in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies, promoting additional products through upselling techniques to increase sales volume, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Qualifications include previous experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory), strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Outdoor showroom maintenance: Load and unloading outdoor furniture, daily outdoor showroom cleaning of furniture.
• Requirement is to be able to lift outdoor furniture and set up showroom.
