About The Role
CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell are seeking a Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy and performance of our luxury residential brands.
This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketer who understands how website performance, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, CRM, content and analytics work together to generate qualified leads and support long-term brand growth.
You will oversee the digital marketing ecosystem for CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell, working closely with company leadership, sales and our Social Media Coordinator.
This position is not primarily responsible for day-to-day social media content creation. Instead, this role owns the strategy, campaigns, systems and performance behind our marketing efforts while collaborating with our Social Media Coordinator on supporting content.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, analyze performance and continually identify opportunities to strengthen our marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell.
• Create marketing campaigns that support lead generation, brand awareness, realtor relationships, events, awards and company initiatives.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing priorities in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across website, email, paid advertising, SEO, social media and sales.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Website + SEO

• Manage and update CKC and Haus of Powell WordPress websites.
• Create and maintain landing pages, forms and campaign pages.
• Work with outside web partners when more advanced development is needed.
• Lead ongoing SEO strategy, including:
  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimization
  • Local SEO
  • Location pages
  • Internal linking
  • Metadata
  • Website content optimization
• Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.

Paid Digital Advertising

• Manage or oversee Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, cost per lead and overall campaign performance.
• Make recommendations regarding campaign budgets and allocation.
• Optimize, scale or pause campaigns based on results.
• Coordinate landing pages and campaign messaging.

CRM + Lead Generation

• Manage the marketing side of our CRM and lead-generation systems.
• Maintain lead workflows, automations, pipelines and routing.
• Ensure website and advertising leads are being captured and tracked correctly.
• Maintain CRM organization and data accuracy.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion.
• Continually look for opportunities to improve prospect follow-up and the customer journey.

GoHighLevel experience is a plus but is not required. Experience with comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms is welcomed.
Email Marketing + Newsletters

• Plan and manage email marketing for CKC and Haus of Powell.
• Develop newsletter calendars and campaign concepts.
• Write, edit or coordinate:
  • Client newsletters
  • Realtor newsletters
  • Prospect nurture campaigns
  • Event communications
  • Promotional campaigns
• Maintain and segment email lists.
• Track email engagement and performance.

Blogs + Website Content

• Develop an ongoing blog and website content strategy.
• Identify topics that support SEO, prospective clients, realtors and brand authority.
• Write, edit or coordinate blog content.
• Interview leadership, designers and construction team members when needed to develop authentic brand content.
• Ensure website and marketing copy reflects the voice and positioning of CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell.

Analytics + Reporting

• Monitor website traffic, lead sources and marketing performance.
• Utilize GA4, Google Search Console and other reporting platforms.
• Track meaningful metrics including:
  • Qualified leads
  • Lead sources
  • Conversion rates
  • Cost per lead
  • Website traffic
  • Organic search performance
  • Email performance
  • Campaign ROI
• Provide clear monthly marketing reporting to leadership.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.

Marketing Budget

• Work with leadership and operations to maintain the annual marketing budget.
• Track marketing expenditures and recurring costs.
• Monitor advertising spend and vendor expenses.
• Evaluate marketing investments based on performance and strategic value.
• Assist with annual marketing planning and budgeting.

Brand + Campaign Coordination

• Help ensure consistency across CKC Custom Homes and Haus of Powell marketing.
• Coordinate launches, events, awards, Parade of Homes initiatives, realtor campaigns and other major marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to establish campaign priorities, messaging and supporting content.
• Maintain organized marketing assets, templates and campaign materials.

Required Experience + Skills

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing multiple areas of digital marketing rather than only one specialty.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization.
• Experience managing or working closely with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Experience working in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Experience with email marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics and make recommendations based on performance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong sense of brand presentation and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury homebuilding, residential construction, interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality or another luxury consumer brand.
• Experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Agency experience.
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce marketing.

What This Role Is - And Isn't
This role is responsible for digital strategy, website performance, SEO, email marketing, lead generation, campaigns, CRM and marketing analytics.
Our Social Media Coordinator manages the day-to-day creation and publishing of social media content. This position works closely with that role to ensure social content supports the company's broader marketing strategy.
Requirements

• Must be located in or able to commute daily to San Antonio, Texas.
• This is a full-time, in-office position and is not remote.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can move quickly.
