About the Role

As a Stocker based in Kansas City, MO, you'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring products are received, organized, and displayed accurately and efficiently. Your work directly impacts the customer experience by keeping shelves full, aisles clean, and inventory accurate. It's fast-paced, hands-on work with real results you can see by the end of every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality

• Stock and replenish shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms

• Rotate stock properly to ensure freshness and reduce waste

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe stockroom and sales floor

• Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to management

• Price, label, and tag merchandise as needed

• Assist with truck unloading and breakdown during scheduled deliveries

• Operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or box cutters safely

• Provide friendly assistance to customers on the floor when needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior stocking, warehouse, or retail experience a plus but not necessary, we'll train you

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as needed
