We are seeking compassionate and motivated Collaborating Physicians and Medical Directors (SC and / or NC). As an OnSite provider, you will be able to take on the work you want with a competitive compensation and provide services on a flexible schedule that works for you. If you enjoy providing high-level care with a team of nurse practitioners and are seeking flexibility, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Round at assigned facilities
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families
  • Collaborate remotely with Nurse Practitioners
  • Must have an Active MD or DO License in South Carolina and / or North Carolina
  • Must have DEA registration
  • Must possess excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Must have strong, ambitious, patient‑centric work ethic
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday visiting schedule with flexibility for Medical Directors
  • No in‑person requirement for Collaborating Only Physicians
