We have openings on both our Investment Sales and Retail Leasing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include:Investment SalesCold calling building owners and prospective clientsGenerating and managing listing leadsPerforming property valuations and market analysesAttending and coordinating property toursCanvassing your market and building your pipelineLeveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data pointRetail LeasingCold calling building owners, landlords, and prospective tenantsGenerating and managing retail leasing leadsPerforming valuations on retail spacesAttending and coordinating property toursCanvassing your market and building your pipelineLeveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data pointWhat IPRG Brings to the TableTraining. New agents go through an intensive 3-month onboarding program with daily training sessions, role-plays, and workshops covering cold calling, property valuation, and deal negotiation.
