Program Manager (PM)

Own the management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for execution of this Task Order. Be the single accountable leader the customer and the contractor team look to for delivery across the SOF Enterprise.

About the Program

The SOF Enterprise program is anchored at MacDill AFB (Tampa, FL) and extends to OCONUS sites including Germany, Korea, and Hawaii. The mission: transform the SOF Enterprise into a data-centric, AI-enabled fighting organization by providing the elite digital talent SOCOM needs.

Why This Role Matters

As the named Program Manager, you are the face of program execution to the customer. You own the relationship with SOCOM stakeholders, the health of a geographically distributed team, and the contractual performance that keeps elite digital talent on mission across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the named PM accountable for management, direction, administration, and leadership of Task Order execution.
• Own quality assurance for all deliverables and program performance, ensuring work meets the standards defined in the contract.
• Lead and manage personnel across multiple SOF commands, including HQ staff elements, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and SOF Service Component HQs.
• Place and sustain contractors in OCONUS locations (e.g., Germany, Korea, Hawaii), navigating the associated laws, regulations, and processes — SPOT, ECOPS, and DOCPER.
• Manage USSOCOM security procedures to assign personnel against both collateral and SCI clearance requirements.
• Be the primary point of contact for the customer on cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risk.

Must Have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• A program-management track record leading the execution of complex, geographically distributed efforts.

Nice to Have

• Three years' experience working in the SOF Enterprise and managing personnel across multiple SOF commands.
• Three years' experience with the SOF Enterprise, including HQ staff element, SOF Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), and SOF Service Component HQ.
• Experience placing contractors in OCONUS locations (e.g., Germany, Korea, and Hawaii) and the associated laws, regulations, and processes (e.g., SPOT, ECOPS, and DOCPER).
• Three years' experience with USSOCOM security procedures, to assign personnel, for both collateral and SCI clearances.
• Located in the Tampa Bay area today.

Not a Fit If

• No active TS/SCI clearance, or a clearance gap that cannot be readily reinstated.
• Not employable as a direct employee of the prime contractor.
• No SOF / SOCOM experience whatsoever (broad DoD experience does not substitute).
• No track record managing program execution, staffing, and customer relationships.
• No experience with the security and OCONUS placement processes the role depends on (SPOT, ECOPS, DOCPER, SCI assignment procedures).
