The Custodial Operations Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in office buildings and industrial sites. Supporting a small team, this position involves hands-on facility cleaning, managing inventory, coordinating team activities, and ordering necessary supplies. The role requires moderate interaction with building occupants and offers opportunities for career advancement and cross-training within the custodial operations. The ideal candidate will work flexible and various weekly schedules; day and/or night; weekdays and weekend availability a must. Experience as well as ability to train to specifications. Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning duties in office and industrial environments
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate tasks among a small team of custodial staff (1-3 members)
• Order and restock necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain safety procedures while working and interacting with building occupants
• Support facility maintenance efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in custodial operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in cleaning techniques and facility maintenance
• Experience with inventory management
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
