Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN | Home Health Pediatric | Day ShiftAbout the Company
Interim Healthcare of NW Florida, a reputable and well-established healthcare company in the FL Panhandle region, seeks experienced and dedicated LPNs for Pediatric Cases in Tallahassee and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities- Providing top-notch nursing care to pediatric patients in home health settings.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and follow prescribed treatments accurately.
- Monitoring and assessing the patient's condition, progress, and vital signs.
- Documenting patient's medical history, care provided, and observations.
- Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in pediatric nursing.
- Excellent clinical skills, including administering medications and performing treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR Card
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 50 pounds.
