Success is measured by your ability to manage seat-based installations, meet budget and schedule targets, ensure smooth execution, and deliver a world‑class experience to our customers.

Responsibilities End‑to‑End Project & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking project status, seat counts, approvals, communications, and readiness checks;
  • Monitor all open items and follow up regularly until completion;
  • Support regional growth and expansion initiatives.
Seat‑Based Budget & Capacity Management
  • Track and manage seat additions/removals per project;
  • Ensure seat counts align with contracts and budget assumptions; elevate discrepancies;
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to forecast resources and update project plans;
  • Enable casinos to add or reconfigure seat‑based gaming capacity efficiently.
Customer & Internal Communication
  • Provide proactive updates to customers, manage expectations, and deliver transparency, responsiveness, and ownership in all interactions;
  • Serve as the main contact for issues, emergencies, or escalations;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Production, and Service teams to coordinate logistics, approvals, machine availability, and installation support;
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless projects from planning to installation to customer sign‑off.
Scheduling, Readiness & Reliability
  • Assign resources, confirm schedules, and manage change orders when needed;
  • Conduct readiness checks prior to project start;
  • Be punctual for all meetings, installations, and critical go‑live events;
  • Ensure deliverables are validated, customer sign‑off is obtained, and punch‑list items are tracked until resolved;
  • Represent Interblock during critical roll‑outs, embodying our commitment to quality, timeliness, and service.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KPIs: seat additions/removals, project duration, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence;
  • Provide regular status updates to management;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Job Requirements
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional);
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in gaming, casino installations, or related roll‑outs;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects;
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills;
  • Experience with budgeting, capacity planning, and seat‑based or unit‑based roll‑outs;
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate among departments;
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail;
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Success Metrics
  • Number of seats installed or removed per period;
  • On‑time project completion (contract to closure);
  • Budget adherence and resource utilization;
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback;
  • Cross‑department collaboration and efficiency improvements.
Benefits of Working in Our Environment
  • Dynamic work in an international environment;
  • Participation in job‑related training programs;
  • Joining a diverse, innovative, and creative team that values high‑quality work standards;
  • Opportunities for personal development and career advancement in a successful international company.
