The successful candidate will be analytical, methodical, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is well-suited to a self-starter who takes initiative, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in producing clear, accurate, and well-organized written content.
Responsibilities
  • Create and update client-facing documentation and client messages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all mediums
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing client documentation to ensure content remains current, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
  • Monitor and address client reviews posted on external websites and social media platforms, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed to respond appropriately
  • Create and maintain internal documentation used by Client Services to support day-to-day client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Compliance, and other business units, to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current policies and procedures
  • Translate technical, regulatory, or operational information into clear, easily understood content for both internal and external audiences
  • Research industry trends and best practices to help improve the quality and effectiveness of client communications
  • Prioritize and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Support other Client Operations initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in writing, editing, content creation, or an operations-related role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
