Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Healthcare Marketing & Branding Specialist with experience working in an IT services or healthcare technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic marketing campaigns focused on healthcare and IT solutions.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, healthcare IT services, and employer branding strategies, along with the ability to create impactful marketing content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for healthcare IT services and solutions
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, websites, and social media platforms
  • Enhance company branding and online presence within the healthcare and IT industry
  • Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to support healthcare staffing and client acquisition initiatives
  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and social media content
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract healthcare IT talent
  • Coordinate marketing activities related to healthcare technologies such as EPIC, Workday Healthcare, BI/Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the healthcare IT domain
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadership
  • Manage branding activities for healthcare conferences, webinars, networking events, and client meetings

Requirements
  • Strong experience in branding, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Experience working in a healthcare IT company or healthcare staffing environment
  • Understanding of healthcare IT services, EMR/EHR platforms, and healthcare technology trends
  • Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, and employer branding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Ability to create engaging presentations, graphics, and marketing collateral

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in healthcare IT or IT services industry
  • Experience supporting healthcare clients, staffing, or consulting organizations
  • Familiarity with healthcare platforms such as EPIC, Cerner, Workday, or healthcare analytics solutions is preferred
