Job Summary:

Intellistars ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to children and their families in their natural learning environment - their home. Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the guidance of supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and response to interventions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT)
• 0-1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work varying schedules
