Now hiring a FLEXIBLE RPO (Staffing Assistant) in Middletown, DE , with flexible, on-demand shifts and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to support hiring events, assist candidates through onboarding, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for those wanting to gain industry experience, this position involves working in-person with a dynamic team and traveling as needed to support Middletown, DE, West Deptford, NJ and North East, MD locations.

About the Role
As a Staffing Assistant, you'll guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities, ensure compliance with client procedures, and deliver a professional candidate experience. Your role involves assisting at hiring events, maintaining clear communication, and managing multiple screens and systems efficiently. You'll play a vital part in creating a seamless onboarding process for candidates and support the broader staffing operations.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Available Shift Times
FLEX / on-demand hours based on business needs and hiring event schedules, with potential for extended hours and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide candidates through onboarding and explain the hiring process
  • Assist with completing applications, screening, and paperwork activities
  • Ensure all hiring procedures meet client guidelines
  • Answer questions and resolve issues promptly

  • Communicate professionally across various channels

Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to travel as needed to support Middletown, DE, West Deptford, NJ and North East, MD locations.
  • Comfort with online software, cameras, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends
  • Customer service experience preferred
