Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on the thrill of opening new doors?
Integritas is a mission-driven healthcare staffing company rooted in integrity, growth, and genuine human connection. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us grow - one meaningful client relationship at a time.
If you love the art of the sale, get energized by a fresh pipeline, and believe that business should be built on trust, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do
You'll own the full sales cycle - from the very first cold call to the celebratory handoff of a signed contract to our deployment team. Reporting directly to the President, you'll be the engine behind our new-client growth strategy.
Here's a taste of your day-to-day:
  • Hunt and close new business. Research hospitals, identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and guide prospects from "Who's Integritas?" to "Where do we sign?"
  • Build and maintain a rock-solid pipeline. You'll live in our CRM - building lead lists, tracking every touchpoint, and keeping pipeline hygiene tight.
  • Develop and execute stay-in-touch strategies that keep Integritas top-of-mind with every prospect through value-based, intentional outreach.
  • Lead cross-functional proposals in partnership with our Senior Leadership Team - pulling in expertise from Revenue Integrity, Client Services, Financial Operations, and Staffing Services to deliver winning proposals.
  • Represent Integritas at conferences and hospital association events - from planning and manning the booth to shaking hands and sparking conversations on the floor.
  • Drive geographic expansion into new states, regions, and hospital systems based on market demand and strategic fit.
  • Be the voice prospects hear first - fielding inquiries, scheduling intro calls, and always leaving a lasting, professional impression.

You're more than a salesperson — you're a strategic, relational, and tenacious professional who brings energy and integrity to every interaction.
You are:
  • A confident communicator — written, verbal, and in-person
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM tools and processes
  • A creative problem-solver who loves tailoring your approach to each prospect
  • Collaborative — you know the best deals are team wins
  • Comfortable on the road (car or plane!) and energized by travel
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking for the next opportunity

Experience and Skills Needed
  • 5+ years in a sales role (experience in service organizations is a big plus!)
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales process and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM system to manage pipelines and client interactions
  • Experience representing an organization at sales events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Comfort presenting to client stakeholders and building credibility quickly
  • Bachelor's degree required (equivalent experience considered)
  • Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus — we love people who lift others up!
  • Volunteer or community involvement (we love people who give back!)

Why Integritas?
At Integritas, we don't just talk about values, we live them. Our culture is built on integrity, healthy relationships, agility, and a commitment to growth. When you join our team, you're joining a company that believes doing the right thing and doing great work go hand in hand.
  • Make a real impact in healthcare by connecting hospitals with the staffing solutions they need
  • Work alongside a collaborative, supportive leadership team that has your back
  • Own your growth — this role is high-visibility with a direct line to the President
  • Help us expand into new markets and shape the future of our company

Ready to bring your passion, your persistence, and your best self to a team that values all three?
Apply today and let's grow together!
