Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating essential tasks. $16.90 hourly

• Greet & check in clients — warm welcomes, tours, and smooth check-outs
• Manage calls & messages — answer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Scheduling & payments — book sessions and process transactions
• Facility upkeep — keep the space clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Support our therapists — help the team with setup and client needs
• Daily opening & closing — prep rooms and wrap up the day with care

• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills

• High school diploma or GED (currently enrolled students welcome)
• No prior experience required — we will train you
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Able to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working with the public
• Flexible availability Monday – Saturday, morning and/or afternoon shifts
• A genuine interest in health and wellness

Integrated Movement Therapy Institute is a sports performance and corrective exercise institute bridging the gap between traditional therapy and athletic development. We specialize in early detection, movement quality, injury reduction, and long-term athlete development through an integrated Assessment → Corrective → Performance model.

Our athletes range from youth and high-school competitors to adult recreational athletes. IMTI is known for its structured systems, collaborative care model, and technology-supported Performance Lab Experience.
