Job description

About the Role:
Integrated Community Living and Par is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Director to lead our mission-focused organization in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all organizational programs, operations, and staff
  • Develop and implement organizational goals, policies, and long-term strategic plans
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies
  • Lead fundraising, grant writing, and development efforts to ensure organizational sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a positive organizational culture
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization in the community
  • Not convicted of any felony or misdemeanor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience, preferably in a nonprofit or human services setting
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, and resource development
  • Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services programs
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations
  • Compassionate, mission-driven leader with a commitment to advocacy and inclusive community support
