Practice Info

• Full-time or part-time positions available

• Work with highly trained nursing, counseling, and staff
• Thriving independent practice of over 80 healthcare providers covering 6 hospitals, 9 outpatient clinics, and nearly 200 long-term care facilities across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi
• Physician-owned company specializing in child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services with the option to perform nursing home rounding
• Comfortably care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on mental health and behavioral management
• Supervise NP staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care

Compensation

• Competitive Salary: $300,000 - $340,000 base salary, dependent on experience and location
• $35,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Comfortable working with all age groups in outpatient and/or nursing home settings
• Board-certified in Psychiatry or related field
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
• Interest or experience in TMS preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
