Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide telehealth behavioral health services to individuals and groups, focusing on mindfulness techniques and actionable steps for personal growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, including detailed progress notes and treatment summaries, in our EHR system.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and connecting clients to vital resources.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and support staff to enhance collaborative care.
• Stay updated with the latest mental health trends and practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a telehealth LCSW at Prudence Integra Counseling, you will primarily serve clients transitioning from a detoxification setting, as well as other outpatient individuals. Our clientele often seeks assistance in managing anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and other behavioral health challenges, requiring a dedicated and empathetic professional to guide them through their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• Proven excellent clinical skills with the ability to conduct assessments and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting or with a similar client demographic.

Compensation and Benefits
