Integra Energy is expanding its commercial EV charging business and is looking for an experienced, competitive B2B salesperson who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business. You do not need EV charging experience. If you can sell, prospect, and win, we will teach you the industry.

What You'll Own
• Own the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, and market development.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities.
• Learn Integra's EV charging solutions and confidently communicate business value to customers.
• Conduct discovery, identify customer needs, and work internally to develop the right solution.
• Follow up relentlessly and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, activity levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Consistently work toward individual revenue goals and company growth targets.
Who We're Looking For
EV charging experience is not required. We care more about whether you know how to sell and whether you have the drive to learn a new industry.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, particularly in a hunter/new-business role.
• A track record of prospecting, creating opportunities, and moving deals through a sales process.
• Comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and hearing "no" without losing momentum.
• Competitive, confident, personable, coachable, and motivated by measurable results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, accountable, dependable, and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once.
• Interested in technology, infrastructure, energy, construction, or emerging markets.
• Motivated by career growth and the opportunity to directly influence your income.
Experience That Can Translate Well
Successful candidates may come from EV charging, energy, solar, SaaS, telecom, office technology, payroll, merchant services, commercial HVAC, security, construction-related sales, or other competitive B2B environments. Industry background matters less than proven sales ability, work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
