Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our staffing and workforce solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building long‑term relationships, and expanding market presence by connecting organizations with top talent. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, consultative communication, and industry knowledge to deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
