Job description

We're looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead our IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations while fostering a culture of innovation, partnership, and continuous improvement. You'll oversee a talented team of fewer than 10 IT professionals who support a nationwide workforce and play a critical role in ensuring our technology enables business success.


Requirements:

  • *Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • *8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing technical teams.
  • Experience leading a geographically dispersed or remote workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, enterprise systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and strategic technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for mentoring others and building an inclusive, high-performing team.
