Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in St Paul, MN. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, developing curriculum, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include teaching early childhood education concepts, communicating with parents and staff, and preparing children for kindergarten.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten readiness
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working in a childcare or educational setting
• Passion for child development and learning through play
