Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and preferences of each client, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques tailored to assist clients in navigating issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for all clients, especially those facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and ongoing developments to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Inside Access Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
