Job description
We're hiring a Product Designer to craft delightful, intuitive experiences across our AI agent platform. You'll own design end-to-end - from research and exploration to high-fidelity execution and design-system contributions.
Responsibilities- Own design for entire product areas, end-to-end.
- Run discovery and usability research to ground decisions in real user need.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma.
- Contribute to and extend the Inovetix design system.
- Partner closely with engineering during build and QA.
- Help raise the design bar across the team.
- 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong opinions on interaction design, accessibility, and visual craft.
- Experience contributing to or owning a design system.
- Excellent communicator who can defend and iterate on decisions with data.
