Job Description:
Innvoke, LLC Conshohocken is seeking an internally driven person with a desire to to work in a fast-paced environment on our production floor with our production team to finish and ship client projects.
A day in the job can include: preparing boxes for shipping, greeting, loading and unloading with delivery drivers, loading large format printers, catching printed materials, wrapping pallets, assisting with sign installs, learning or adding your special talent to screen-printing, bindery/finishing work, mail assembly, operating a variety of equipment, moving materials, boxes and basically doing what is needed each day as it pertains to the jobs we are working to complete.
Requirements:
  • You want to work, you show up and take initiative Monday - Friday.
  • You are looking for a production job.
  • You take initiative, you don't sit back and wait - you jump in an do!
  • You are a quick learner and enjoy learning and mastering new things.
  • You are good with technology, process, and instructions.
  • You enjoy working with great people - you care about being on a team, doing your personal best for the good of the whole!
  • You bring a great attitude and enthusiasm.
  • You can and do solve problems.
  • Work is a place where you proudly take ownership and pride in all you do.
  • Print/Print Production experience - you got it great, you don't but you know how to learn and Want to do it.
  • You root for the team and do your part to make the team stronger.
  • You are a fan of lifting at work, you can skip the gym - no problem lifting 4'X8' materials and up to 50 pounds.
  • Details matter, you like them and pay attention to details.
  • You get to use some of the math you learned in school.
  • You jump in with both feet to share your skills and to grow new skills.
  • You don't need to be told twice - you take the ball and run, you are a natural-born self-starter, independent worker.
  • Process and organization are natural skills.
  • You are excellent at juggling, you've got the ability to work with multiple projects, meet deadlines.
  • You have great communication skills.
  • Your natural curiosity drives your desire to learn.
  • You want to work where you create quality work and where others do the same.
  • You are up for change, it's inevitable and you readily adapt to meet changing needs.
