We hire for effort, not experience. Innovative Packaging Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate who shows up on time, works hard, and wants to be trained. $17/hr+, full time, room to grow into a lead role. 40 years in Dallas and still growing.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day warehouse activities. Working within a team of 3 and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for order picking, shipping and receiving, stock replenishment, inventory cycle counts and forklift operation. This position requires a strong focus on safety compliance and efficient handling of loading and unloading tasks. There are opportunities for growth, including potential promotion to Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage shipping and receiving of goods
• Replenish stock to maintain inventory levels
• Operate forklifts to assist in warehouse logistics
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Proficient with forklift operation and order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift packages weighing 50 to 70 lbs.
