Location: Austin, Texas

About Us:

Innovation Event Management (IEM) offers a unique and valuable opportunity for rising college students to gain first-hand insight into the event management and services industry. Our Fall internship program spans 12-15 weeks and is designed to immerse students in the core elements of the industry: Logistics, Coordination, Marketing, and Client Relations.

Program Structure:

• Duration: 12-15 weeks
• Hours: 12-15 hours per week, scheduled 2-3 days per week
• Flexibility: Schedules are flexible to accommodate academic activities and travel

 

What You'll Do:

• Rotate through four fundamental focus areas: Logistics, Coordination, Marketing, and Client Relations.
• Work closely with dedicated mentors in each area to gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Participate in an onsite event experience that brings all focus areas together, showcasing your newly acquired skills.

 

Requirements:

• Currently a rising college student.
• Passionate about event management and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
