Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant – Körber WMS / Infios Platform (Retail)

Location: Raleigh, NC, USA

Work Model: onsite/hybrid

Must Haves

  • 8–10+ years in WMS implementation/customization, with strong focus on Körber (HighJump)/Infios
  • Proficiency in RF scripting, SQL, .NET/C# or relevant scripting languages used in the platform
  • Experience in retail supply chain/distribution center environments
  • Strong understanding of WMS data models, workflows, and integration patterns (EDI, APIs)
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills

Role Summary

  • Hiring senior technical consultants with deep, hands-on coding expertise in Körber (formerly HighJump)/Infios WMS platform customization for retail/warehouse operations.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Körber/Infios WMS modules (inbound, outbound, inventory, labor management)
  • Build and maintain integrations between WMS and retail ERP/OMS systems
  • Debug and optimize existing customizations for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders on requirements
  • Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases
