Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including detailed psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify individual client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their unique goals and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that care is relevant and effective.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group contexts.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, coordinating care with other professionals to ensure effective support during acute episodes.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, compliant with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with skills and strategies to enhance their mental wellness.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to strategies in response to client progress and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in mental health care to integrate innovative approaches into daily practice.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
