Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed one-on-one acupuncture consultations to assess patient needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual health goals.
• Lead group acupuncture sessions and acupressure workshops, promoting community engagement and education on the benefits of acupuncture.
• Document patient visits accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring clear follow-up plans are in place to track patient progress.
• Provide comprehensive education on acupuncture techniques and wellness strategies to patients, clients, community groups, and staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care, addressing a wide range of conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and digestive disorders.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training to refine treatment methodologies, keep abreast of advancements in acupuncture practices, and enhance your skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with outpatients seeking relief from various ailments, striving to improve their overall quality of life through holistic practices. Our clinic serves a diverse demographic, including individuals of all ages dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and other health challenges. By employing personalized treatment strategies, you will directly contribute to enhancing their physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid acupuncture license in the state of Tennessee.
• Graduated from an acupuncture program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor in all interactions, both in person and via electronic communication.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective patient education and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience practicing acupuncture, preferably in an outpatient or multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
• Experience in providing community outreach and education on holistic health practices.
• A background in health and wellness coaching or integrative health modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
