Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and achieving their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will support stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Our focus is on empowering clients to improve their quality of life through effective therapy and skill development. We ensure that you are matched with clients who align with your specialties and preferences, allowing for a more fulfilling and productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a therapist, including one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sincere empathetic nature towards diverse client populations.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in virtual teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience

We prefer applicants who have at least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or counseling setting. Experience in providing telehealth services is a plus, as it demonstrates your adaptability and readiness for a remote work environment.
