Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, focusing on clients' growth and healing.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practice guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health practices by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Flourish Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficient use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in therapeutic areas such as trauma recovery, family dynamics, substance abuse treatment, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with telehealth technologies and a remote counseling framework will be an advantage.
