Key Responsibilities

As a licensed clinical social worker at Inner Balance Innovations, you will be entrusted with a variety of key responsibilities that directly impact the mental health and well-being of our clients:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, gathering vital information to develop individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing clients with tools to enhance their coping strategies and resilience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and established guidelines, reflecting your commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to ensure comprehensive treatment of clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

At Inner Balance Innovations, we recognize and reward your dedication. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
