Inner Balance Innovations is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic and compassionate clinical team in a full-time, remote setting, based out of Tampa, Florida. As an LMFT, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, personalized behavioral healthcare to families and individuals. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will revolve around a variety of therapeutic responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families to identify their unique challenges.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, while also meeting individually with each partner to address personal issues.
• Providing evidence-based treatment for various issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Designing treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of families, focusing on holistic healing.
• Utilizing therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other relevant approaches.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes through our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.
• Engaging in regular supervision and consultation with peers and clinical leadership to enhance clinical skills and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults, children, and adolescents facing a diverse range of challenges including, but not limited to:

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
• Psychological effects of physical and mental health conditions.
• Conflict resolution among family members, including parent-child dynamics.
• Support for blended families navigating new relationships and family structures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications to ensure a strong foundation for providing effective therapy:

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Proficient in various therapeutic modalities applicable to marital and family therapy.

Preferred Experience

We encourage applications from therapists with the following experiences to enhance our services:

• Previous work within a behavioral health setting, particularly with diverse family structures.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy and remote counseling techniques.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Balance Innovations offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We value our therapists and provide:
