Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations to establish a solid foundation for ongoing therapeutic work.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in ongoing treatment evaluations, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure the best client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and enhance client care across different disciplines.
• Seize opportunities for professional development to stay updated on mental health trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards that govern counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effectively engaging with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital counseling tools to streamline client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Balance Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 60,000 and 90,000 annually, adjusted based on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
