Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

  • Conduct thorough, compassionate assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Stay current on evolving mental health research and practices to inform effective clinical strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license within the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy interventions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in clinical documentation.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be beneficial:

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical coding.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
