Job description

About the Role:
Injury Medical Associates is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated medical team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in the patient experience every single day.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records (EHR)
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and data entry
Requirements:
  • MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
