  • Debe ser un jugador de equipo con actitud positiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, telefónica y escrita. Se requiere experiencia en entrada de datos y uso de teclado numérico.
  • Automotivado, profesional, orientado a metas y capaz de manejar múltiples tareas.
  • Debe tener un sentido de urgencia y ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión.
  • Flexibilidad: capacidad para trabajar bien con todos los departamentos y niveles de personal tanto internos como externos.
  • Habilidades de seguimiento imprescindibles.
  • Bilingüe (español/inglés) es un plus.
