Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking an Administrative Professional to work with our client. In this role, you will perform various clerical tasks and non-routine administrative tasks as assigned.

Job duties:
  • Examines, reviews, verifies and processes claims
  • Collects background information for validity
  • Ensures compliance with Unclaimed Fund Laws
  • Corresponds with claimants and reporting agents
  • Analyses reports and forms submitted to claims
  • Processes complex claims with in-depth research
  • Primary contact person for incoming claimants
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and completion of core coursework in secretarial science, business office applications or related fields.
  • Two years or more of recent administrative experience.
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong Computer skills, must be proficient in MS office, specifically Excel
  • Strong Administrative skills in an office environment.
