Job description

We’re seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager to lead client accounts, drive performance, and build strong, lasting partnerships. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results while identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts and revenue
  • Manage and mentor Account Representatives to meet performance goals and KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Develop and adjust call strategies, scripts, and program objectives based on data insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and leadership to execute successful campaigns
  • Oversee campaign performance from launch through completion, ensuring quality and profitability
  • Prepare accurate quotes, forecasts, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor billing, invoicing, and account records for accuracy and completeness
  • Drive adoption of internal tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency and results
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously identify process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Leadership experience or ability to coach and develop team members
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in client services, account management, or marketing preferred
