Job description


**MUST be able to be onsite for first 6 weeks of training. After training, onsite 2x/week required**
Overview
  • Supportsenterprise messaging, collaboration, identity, and mobile devicemanagement environments.
  • Providesadvanced administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD,Active Directory, Intune, and related technologies.
  • Responsible formaintaining secure, reliable, and scalable cloud and on-premisesinfrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor serverand application logs, investigate issues, and manage support tickets.
  • Administer,maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, andrelated cloud services.
  • Support ActiveDirectory forests, domains, and user environments; plan for growth andevolving business requirements.
  • Manage useraccounts, permissions, third-party access, and security controls.
  • Develop andimprove operational processes, procedures, and cloud service standards.
  • Evaluateemerging technologies and provide recommendations with cost-benefitanalysis.
  • Manage DNSrequests, IP address changes, and coordinate with network security teams.
  • Maintaindisaster recovery documentation, operational procedures, and serverpatching processes.

Requirements
  • ActiveDirectory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, DNS, Rubrik,and KnowBe4 administration.
  • Exchange Onlinemail flow management and hybrid connectivity troubleshooting.
  • User mailboxprovisioning, security group management, and OU administration.
  • PowerShellscripting and automation development.
  • Messagetracing, log analysis, and Exchange Online Protection support.
  • eDiscovery,litigation hold administration, and compliance support.
  • Backup andrecovery operations using Rubrik.
  • Securityincident investigation, including compromised accounts and anomalous loginactivity.
  • DKIM keymanagement and Microsoft Defender administration.
