Infinity Eyecare Of Denver

Our private, family-owned optometry practice, Infinity Eyecare of Denver, is growing and we are looking for a friendly, well-rounded patient care coordinator to join our team.

This role will be filled by a versatile and motivated team member who is willing to learn and grow with our group. Previous experience in the optical industry is required.

You will be compensated for any hands-on training required as part of your ramp-up process.

Potential tasks on a given day may include (but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent customer service!

• Check patients in and out, answer the phone, help with orders and schedule appointments

• Understand vision and medical insurance and be able to verify eligibility for all patients for all plans accepted at our office

• Bill patients based on their exam fees/co-pays

• Effectively communicate any relevant patient information with the office staff via our in-office messaging system (Slack)

• Facilitate patient flow

• Professional and prompt communication with patients about orders, appointments, follow-ups, issues, etc.

This is a full-time position starting at $20-23 per hour with room for growth based on experience. Our hours of operation are:

• Mon-Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm, 45 minute unpaid lunch

• Fridays 9:45am-5:15pm, 30 min unpaid lunch

• NO WEEKENDS

Required skills and qualifications for this position:

• Experience in the eye care industry

• Must be proficient on the computer and have basic math skills

• Excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills

• Must have proficient writing and communication skills

• Punctual, reliable, ethical and trustworthy

• Need to be able to adapt to change - we are a small, growing practice and are looking for someone to grow with us!

• Willingness to learn many aspects of the business and optical world

• Willingness to be a team player to help us reach team goals

Preferred skills and qualifications for this position (but not required):

• Experience with Revolution EHR

• Experience with insurance (preferably vision care)
