HRDirector- Candidate Profile Position Summary Infinity Communications is seeking an experienced, hands-onHRDirectorto lead all aspects of Human Resources for a growing, multi-state organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, supporting leadership, and remaining actively involved in day-to-dayHRoperations rather than managing a largeHRdepartment. As a small business, theHRDirectorwill wear many hats and serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership while ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping scale the organization. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience serving as anHRManager,HRDirector, or seniorHRBusiness Partner
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance
  • Experience supporting organizations operating in multiple states
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite Workforce Management or other enterpriseHRIS platforms
  • Experience implementing or improvingHRsystems and processes
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience supporting field operations or distributed workforces
  • Experience with performance management, compensation planning, and employee development
  • Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Human Resources functions across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Maintain and improveHRpolicies and procedures
  • Support compensation and benefits administration
  • Lead annual performance review and goal-setting processes
  • ManageHRIS data integrity and reporting
  • Assist with organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and staffing strategies
