Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

• Interview stakeholders and evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
  
• Support infrastructure-related projects by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution documentation.
  
• Perform data analysis to inform recommendations, project decisions, and solution design.
  
• Design, test, and support the implementation of technology solutions across infrastructure and productivity platforms.
  
• Create procedures, documentation, and process improvements that enhance existing systems and services.
  
• Provide user training, support, and guidance for new or updated tools, processes, and systems.
  
• Develop project deliverables such as technical requirements, Request for Proposals, and contract scope of deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure project deliverables are completed according to specifications.
  

• Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
  
• Experience working on infrastructure projects, preferably across networking, server, workstation, telecommunications, service center, or related technology domains.
  
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and assignments while effectively prioritizing work.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality user and stakeholder experience.
  
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through on commitments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, VoIP, service desk, endpoint, or enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
  
• Experience preparing RFPs, vendor documentation, contract deliverables, or project scope materials.
  
• Familiarity with business process analysis, system implementation, user acceptance testing, and change management practices.
