Hiring Immediately — Warehouse Associate — St. Charles, IL: 
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Associate positions in St. Charles, IL, with an effective pay rate of $17.60/hour. This is based on a $16.00/hour base rate plus 10 hours of weekly overtime at time-and-a-half, currently available in this role. Schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. No experience required — paid training provided!

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and label lightweight products such as office supplies, beauty items, and household goods
  • Perform quality checks to inspect products for any defects or damages
  • Transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet production and shipping goals

What You'll Need: Qualifications
  • No Experience Necessary! We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires
  • Must have basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk frequently throughout the facility
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment
